CIVIL ENGINEERING
- ARTWORKS
Tunnels : fire resistance - back pressure resistance
Bridges / Viaducts : road mix adheres to waterproofing
Underground structures : resistance to back pressure
ARTWORK Structures must be protected by a continuous application product with excellent adhesion to ensure waterproofing preserving the risk of corrosion of concrete reinforcements due to chemical agents, even very corrosive (acids or basic) and significant mechanical stresses.
ROAD WORKS
- Quick pothole repair / Sealing of lids / Manhole sealing mortar / Drainage stone carpet / Road carpet / Floor marking
- POTABLE WATER
- Water Towers and Reservoirs / Pipelines and Networks / Settling Tanks / Neutralization Tarpaulins / Water Treatment Plant / Pumping Station
Drinking water structures must be protected by a continuous film application product with excellent adhesion having the following required qualities of SOUPLETHANE resin :
- Food-grade coating, perfectly inert, even in demineralized water
- Resistant to corrosion / resistant to chemical attack (for a pH range of 1 to 13)
- Very strong adhesion to concrete to avoid any risk of movement between the waterproofing and the concrete
- No chalking, and must not present any porosity likely to create nests for bacteria
- Capable of bridging concrete cracks up to 2mm
- Continuous coating on the entire support, even with an expansion joint
- Have a great longevity, and ease of maintenance and repair
- WASTE WATER
- Wastewater treatment plants / Floors and chemical retention / Industrial effluent storage tanks / Internal lining of pipes / Methanisers
